Ignacio Blanco

Ibiza was founded by renowned restaurateur Ignacio Blanco, a pioneer in bringing modern Spanish cuisine to American diners. Ibiza Kitchen is the latest chapter in a passionate journey that began back in 1984. Although the door to his groundbreaking restaurant Meigas in TriBeCa closed in the wake of 9/11, Ignacio’s vision lived through. Then, it found its perfect home in Chappaqua, NY.
